Welcome to the Community, jmjindustries199. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I'm here to assist you in opening your invoice, so you can manage them in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Before we proceed, could you please specify the window in which you are attempting to open the invoice and let me know if you are encountering any particular error messages? Providing this information will allow me to gain a clearer understanding of your issue and offer you a more precise resolution.
If you encounter the error message " something's not working. Try refreshing the page and check back". We are currently investigating this issue and recommend contacting our support team for more information on the status of the investigation. You will be added afterward to the list of affected users and receive updates via email.
To contact our support team, here's how:
- Log in to your QBO account.
- Click on Help (?) at the upper right corner of your screen.
- Tap on Search, then select Contact Us.
- Select a topic to connect with the right expert.
- Choose how would you like to contact with QB support team.
- Via a Callback, where they’ll save you a spot and call you back.
- Via Chat, start a chat with our support.
Furthermore, I suggest performing troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. Sometimes, an accumulation of cached files can lead to unusual browser behavior. Let's access QuickBooks Online through a private window to address this.
Here are some key shortcuts for accessing a private window:
- Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
- Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If you're finally able to open the invoice after this, the root cause of the issue must be from your regular browser. I suggest clearing your regular browser's cache. You can also attempt to log into your account using a different supported browser.
If you are still unable to open invoices after clearing your browser's cache, please refer to the article: QuickBooks Online Doesn't Load Correctly or Has Blank Pages.
Moreover, you can check out this article to learn how to personalize and add specific info to your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
Please know that I'm here anytime you have other concerns. Take care always.
