Hello, rfolk-viewgol-co
I'd just like to clarify, are you referring to the logo that appears on emails about new invoices? If so, there's not currently a way to remove that logo, but I'm happy to pass on this feedback to our development team for future improvements within the product.
I'm also sharing this article in case you find it helpful: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
I look forward to hearing back if you have additional questions. Take care!
On every invoice sent out QuickBooks is advertised twice. Especially when invoicing large enterprises/corporations it looks very unprofessional. It will only allow me to attach one file at a time so I'll try to comment again with the other image.
Here's an example of the second time Quickbooks is advertised on 1 invoice.
I'd definitely love to help you here in the Community, rfolk-viewgol-co, I'm a little bit confused.
To do more digging into this. Can you please provide me some additional information on your inquiry about invoices advertised in QuickBooks? I'd be happy to provide you the exact solution that you need.
Also, to answer your question about attachment files, QuickBooks Online allows you to attach documents to a range of transactions, including Bills, Checks, Credit Card, Credit Memo, Customers, Delayed Charge, Estimates, Expenses, Invoices, Receive Payments, Refund Receipt, Sales Receipt, Vendors and Vendor Credit. You may also add documents to inventory adjustments, vendor profiles, and many other fields. All eligible fields are marked with a paperclip.
To attach file for transactions, Here's how:

Yes. I agree. This is very unprofessional! I pay for this service! It's not free.
I need a way to completely remove all QB advertising going out to my customers. I have recurring billing that goes to about 200 customers monthly. Each customer gets a Sales Receipt with a Quickbooks advertisement. We need a way to remove this unauthorized, forced advertising for a paid service. Anyone have a way to remove this crap?
Hello, @notfy customers when cc is about.
For now, the option to remove the ads is not possible. We understand you don't want any advertising to appear on the sent invoices and what we can do is to send a request to our product developers. We suggest sending feedback by following the steps below:
I'm also adding this link so you can track the status of your request and get the latest updates from our development team. QuickBooks Online Customer Feedback.
Let me know if you have additional concerns with your invoices in QuickBooks. I'm just a reply away.

As long as you use QB Payments, you should accept it. Otherwise, switch to another merchant service provider to integrate with QBO and send "clean" Sales Receipts.
Thanks for the advice. If you know of one compatible w/QB, please do advise.I'll be looking for something later today. I hate to think I need to completeley move away from QB because of their decision to force advertising to my customers. It's so unprofessional!
