Yes, you can definitely do that, lebanondoornj.

You can go to the Customers tab and then add the Address column to the table. After that, you may now enter their address in the search bar to find your customers. I'll show you how to do it:

  1. Select Sales from the sidebar menu.
  2. Head to the Customers tab.
  3. Click the Gear icon above the Action column.
  4. Tick the Address checkbox, then enter your customer's address in the search bar.

Alternatively, you can use the Customer Contact List report to search for your customer by address. Here's how:

  1. Select Reports from the sidebar menu.
  2. Under the Sales and customers section, choose Customer Contact List.
  3. Click the Customize button, then go to the Rows/Columns section.
  4. Select Change columns, then tick the address Billing/Shipping Address checkboxes.
  5. Click Run report, then press Ctrl + F on your keyboard.
  6. Enter the customer's address in the search field, then press Enter.

I've also attached some articles that will help you add, delete, and merge customers and update their information:

Feel welcome to reach out to me again if there's anything else that I can help you with. Have a great rest of the day.

Hi lebanondoornj,

Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the concern you had yesterday. Were you able to search your customers by address? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at anytime.

Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
