I had received a payment last month from customer whose invoice is ovrdue but online banking does not show match or find customer. Can you please fix this bug?

Let's ensure the invoice's status is overdue so the payment will match in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Jahanzaib. I'll go over some details about this.

First, we'll double-check if the status isn't partially paid or paid. This way, the payment will match with the overdue invoice.

Then, refresh your bank feed and see if the payment appears. There are times when the bank feed may not sync properly.

After checking the abovementioned, and the payment still doesn't appear, we can manually match them.

On the other hand, we can manually record overdue payments on invoices. To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Sales menu, then select Invoices
  2. Locate the overdue invoice.
  3. Click on the Receive payment button next to the invoice.
  4. On the Receive Payment window, fill out the necessary details, then apply the payment.
  5. Once done, click Save and close.

After saving, check the invoice status to ensure it reflects the payment.

Additionally, you'll want to check this article and learn how to personalize and add specific info to your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QBO

I'll be in the comments if you require further assistance managing your overdue invoices. Have a good one.
