Hello there. I see you need help with banking transactions showing as deposits instead of expenses.

After that, manually re-upload the transactions into QBO. Here's how:
- Open the Banking menu and go to the Banking tab.
- Tick the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
- Navigate to the Link account ▼ dropdown and then hit Upload from file.
- Select Drag and drop or select files and pick the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Continue.
- Go to the QuickBooks account ▼ dropdown, and select the account to which you want to upload the transactions. Then select Continue.
- Perform the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then hit Continue.
- Choose the transactions you would like to import. Then tap Continue.
- Choose Yes.
- When you accept your transactions, click on Done.
