I have 3 options for the client to choose in one estimate. I would like to give each total based on which they choose. Can this be done or will I need multiple Estimates?

Welcome to the Community, @allwasheduppress.

Currently, creating estimate with multiple amounts is not possible.

You can create multiple estimates for your single client. Here's how:

  1. Go to the + New menu.
  2. Select Estimate.
  3. Select the name of your client.
  4. Enter the necessary details.
  5. Click on Save and New to create the other estimate.

To learn more about the process, check out this article: Create and send estimates in QuickBooks Online

Additionally, you can record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online once your client pays you. This is to ensure your data is accurate.

If you're interested in converting your invoice to an estimate, read this article: How to Convert An Estimate Into an Invoice

Please let me know if you have other questions about creating an estimate in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'm always here to back you up in case you need one. Thanks!

QB doesn't offer such feature. You have to create 3 different estimates. Another option, consider having an additional app to integrate with your QBO account.  You can streamline your sales process and upsell services by allowing your clients to choose from up to 3 proposal options. Clients simply select their preferred pricing option, enter their payment details, and digitally sign – all in one place.
