I appreciate you for letting us know about the banking issue in QuickBooks Online (QBO), autotekk189. I'm here to help you get your most updated bank transactions.
QuickBooks uploads any new transactions when you link your online bank and credit card accounts. If you’re not getting the latest ones, I suggest manually updating it to re-establish the connection. Here's how:
If you're getting the same result, I recommend signing in to your bank's website. Then, check if there are alerts or notifications for known issues that may block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.

Please don't hesitate to reach back if you have you encounter a specific error. I'll be here to lend a hand.
My employer opened several new accounts with Wells Fargo. I have linked them all under BANKING in QBO.
One account, the MAIN BUSINESS account is not showing on the BANKING PAGE.
I believe it may have something to do with the new format OAuth. All the other accounts are reflected and are updated. There is not a problem with the banks connectivity.
The workaround was to download the banks transactions and import them into QBO - but how can that be done if the account is not showing on the BANKING page?
This is unacceptable for as long as this problem as been going on. Do you expect every business to hand enter all the transactions!
WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED?
I appreciate your time in joining us here and raising your concerns about online banking. I see that the manual entry process can be quite tedious. I'm here to provide some guidance on a more efficient approach.
Even if a bank account does not appear on the Banking page or is not directly connected to QuickBooks Online, you can still import downloaded transactions for that account.
The key is to set it up as a bank in your Chart of Accounts. This will allow you to select the main business account when mapping the data during the import process.
For step-by-step instructions on how to do it, use this article as a guide: Add An Account To Your Chart Of Accounts In QuickBooks Online.
Aside from that, you also need to make sure it follows the required file format so you can import it. To help guide you through this process, allow me to share these articles with you:

This has nothing to do with what I am having an issue with. Transactions are being downloaded. The statements are not being downloaded at the end of the month
