I have contacted the support team many times. The customer service people I spoke with are very friendly and professional, but they have the disadvantage of not knowing a lot when it comes to many issues that I have faced over the past several months. This leads to very long wait times as I am put on hold so they can talk with the next tier of people who do have the training and knowledge I need to solve my issues. I can understand if I had a simple problem, like how to open an invoice. But most of my questions are advanced and I would love to have some way of talking directly to someone who knows a lot about QuickBooks--not just elementary knowledge of simple functions. Thanks again for your reply. I'm basically writing out of a frustration that I'm about to make a call to support that I know will take a great amount of time out of my work day to handle. Thank you.
