I have logged 3 weeks of hours in TIME TRACKER and those hours will not pop-up while making an invoice for the customers. What am I doing wrong?

I have everything turned on and am using the app on my phone to track my time. I can see my tracked time on the online QB dashboard under TIME. But when I go to create an invoice for the logged time - I don't get the pop-ups showing my billable time for those customers in order to apply to an invoice.

I apologize for the late reply. I'd be more than happy to get you in the right direction to get this resolved as soon as possible. 

 

Since there could be multiple reasons why this is occurring, I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll be able to use some of their tools to review your account on the back end.
