I have multiple charges in the wrong category. Is there a way to change them in bulk to the correct category for expenses in QBO?

Welcome to the Community! I can help you change these categories in bulk on particular charges. 

Yes, you can change the category on multiple charges in a bulk. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Banking tab on the left-hand menu. 
2. In the "For review" section of the account, put a check beside each transaction that you'd like to edit. 
3. Hit the Update button. 

       4. In the Category field, choose the correct category for the transactions. 

       5. Tap Apply and accept when you're done. 

It's that easy!

Currently, adding or changing categories by bulk is unavailable in QBDT. You need to add or modify them manually or one at a time. To do so, you can contact your accountant as they're the only ones who can categorize transactions in bulk.
