Hi there, kuffstuff.
I have great news to share with you: syncing WooCommerce and QuickBooks won't double your inventory! WooCommerce has an amazing plug-in module that'll find existing items in QuickBooks and update them based on the data that'll be synced - it never duplicates.
We also offer a guide on App support if you're interested in learning more about this. It will help you integrate apps to QuickBooks Online like a champ.
I'm always dedicated to helping, so if you have questions, please don't hesitate for a moment to let me know. Wishing you and your business continued success!
This is related to quickbooks online. What about woocommerce and quickbooks desktop? Do you have suggestions for plug in for exporting woocomerce orders into quickbooks desktop? Thanks
Thanks for sharing. We are looking for a plug in for woocommerce and quickbooks desktop so we can export our woocommerce orders into quickbooks without having to manually type them. Do you have a recommendation? thanks
Are you using QBD Pro/Premier or Enterprise?
We use QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop version: Manufacturing and Wholesale. Thanks.
We've looked at 1) Myworks sync and it has an $80 monthly fee and one time $200 installation fee and the transactions will be uploaded directly to QuickBooks destkop. Whereas another plug in:2) order import export plugin for woocommerce is $70/year. And this one: 3)wp all import is $99 fee. What confuses me is the vast range in pricing.
The last two plug ins would require an importer which we are leaning towards SaasAnt $100/year as we need believe we would need that with uploading payments through Authorize.net. We would prefer to just get option 2 or 3 if they will work since we will get SaasAnt or transaction proimporter as well. We trying to streamline and manually type less invoices and payments. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!
Thanks for getting back to us, tpip2005.
You can check our App Center. It has all kinds of third-party applications to choose from. You can explore additional resources to help get the job done and get a better comparison to see if one meets your needs.
These apps integrate directly with your QuickBooks account to make your work easier. You can find apps here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/
Keep me posted if you need anything else.
Should you need to save your expense, I would recommend to import the data manually. You may purchase the one time license of Saasant or TPI to do so.

Thanks for the reply and we would like to save expense and go with TPI or SaasAnt but my understanding is there needs to be a plug in with woocommerce in order to make it work. Am I mistaken?
Thank you!
I think you had synced your WooCommerce data more than 1 time over QuickBooks. There is one option delete your previously saved data and start syncing for the beginning.
Can I know which services/plugins you are using to connect WooCommerce and QuickBooks?
You can try this connector : https://woocommerce.com/products/integration-with-quickbooks/
Greetings tpip2005,
You might checkout the CartSpan eCommerce integration for all U.S. versions QuickBooks Desktop including Enterprise. It's a mature product with the deepest integration to QuickBooks and the most cost-effective integration you will find for as much as it does.
