Hey there, @nguyenjade100.

I'll show you the steps on how to locate your last year's uploaded receipts in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

Once you attach your receipt in a transaction, this will keep the image on it. All of your transaction histories will also be listed under the Transactions menu. Once you attached an image to them, it will automatically show an attachment icon on the ACTION column.

If you want to find their list, you need to filter the Transactions date to Last year. Then, look for any transaction that has an Attachment icon. Click the Expand icon to view its details and select the receipt to view the image.

Additionally, you can check the receipt forwarding feature in QBSE. This will let you send email images of your receipts to QuickBooks. Then, the program will scan them and enters the details for you. This is a great way to enter multiple receipts all at once so you don't have to manually add them one by one in the system.

You're more than welcome to visit this thread again if need any other help with managing your sales transactions in QBSE. I'll be more than happy to provide the assistance that you need. Take care and enjoy the rest of the day.
