I have to send invoices to 3 different email addresses for a customer. Is there a way to do that without manually adding them as "additional emails" every time?

I'll take care of your question about having multiple email addresses for a customer in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), @ted25.

Whenever you create a customer in QBSE, the system allows a single email address in its field. What you stated above is the workaround I can suggest. See the screenshot below, and notice the To field for multiple addresses.

If you want to make some changes on your invoices, refer to this article: Create invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Scroll down and look for the Customize your invoices section to see the steps.

This isn't a great workaround as I often forget to add the additional emails when sending. I can't be the only person who has this need. Will we ever see improvements to invoicing in QBSE?

I'm looking at alternate invoicing solutions because these small annoyances have gotten to the point where I'm better off doing invoicing using Word documents.
