Buy nowGood day, @susyq59.
It's possible that someone who has an access to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account created these transactions. This is the reason why you're seeing journal entries in your list or reports.
To check, we can open your audit log and review your histories. This is where QuickBooks tracks your activities and see you made changes to your books and what they did.
Here's how:
The audit log shows you 150 records at a time. For most transactions or events, select View in the History column to open the audit history.
After reviewing, you can whether to keep the transactions or delete them. I'd suggest consulting your accountant first before taking these actions. This way, we can ensure your books are accurate.

My husband entered invoices and such through his login. However, we are not sure why they are showing up as journal entries.
I'll make sure you'll get the help you need, @susyq59.
I know how important it is to complete these transactions in your account.
I want to ensure I understand the situation better. When entering the invoices, is it imported or added manually? Are you migrating from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online? Some transactions like checks, invoices, and payments convert as journal entries when switching from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.
Any additional details will help me provide accurate data and resolutions as soon as possible. You can also share with me some screenshots to help isolate this issue.
