@dustin-barnes93-  The answer is as unfortunate as it is straightforward; your mistake was using QuickBooks Online instead of Desktop.

 

I understand that's not helpful, but it is nonetheless true; Online is a dumpster fire.

You can convert data from QB Online US version to QB Desktop US version.

But you should use the trial version of QB Desktop 2021 Pro if you prefer to purchase QB Desktop 2024 Pro Plus or Premier Plus.
