Hello, userone866flyislands.
I'll help you find those missing expenses in your QuickBooks Online account.
Did you add those expense through the QuickBooks Online mobile app? If so, the data entered on the app will automatically sync with the browser.
Though, there are times that a delay can happen. Try logging out from the browser platform. Simply click the Gear icon, then select Switch company. Then, click the Logout link from the Company selection page.

However, if you're just entering those expenses in the browser platform, they might've been filtered. To check the expenses, go to the Expenses page then change the filters from there:
- Click the Expenses tab from the left menu.
- Click the Filter button, then tweak the filter settings.
- Once done, click Apply.

You can also click the DATE column to sort the expense transactions.
Alternatively, run a report to check for those expenses you entered. Here's how:
- Go to the Reports tab.
- In the search box, enter Transaction List by Vendor.
- Click the result, then ensure the Report period is within the dates you entered the transactions.
If you need a quick reference about entering expenses, please see this article: Enter and manage expenses in QuickBooks Online.
Need to add other transactions or want to run how much you've made or spend, please check the articles here for guides.
I'm willing to share a thing or two about QuickBooks Online. Just add other questions you might have here and I'll get back to you.
