I'm not able to get any help from QB. I still have payments not paid to me, invoices not imported, and multiple account issues.

Does anyone know how to get help from QB without having to sue them?

I would love to check your account and verify the payments, however, we're unable to do it here in the Community space for security reasons. You'll want to contact our Merchant Payment Support. They have special tools and resources that can check your payment status and invoices.

I'm not able to get any help from QB. I still have payments not paid to me, invoices not imported, and multiple account issues.

I've had a couple of calls with QB today, and my agent had previously had well over 100 calls with this number; all I got was, 'You're not eligible for live support so i'm going to hang up on you now'.

 

I called the number again today at 1526 ET, and the automated system hung up on me.
