To contact our customer service, I suggest requesting a callback within your QuickBooks account.

Here's how:

1. Go the Help icon in the upper-right corner and choose Contact Us. 
2. Enter your concern under the What can we help you with section, then hit the Let’s talk button. 
3. Scroll down to select the Get a callback option. 

You can reach out to them within this time: Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST.
