I need a receipt for my yearly subscription but the qb support that help me set it up can't help me find it. doesn't anyone know where I can get a receipt?

I'm here to lend a hand on how to view your subscription receipt in QuickBooks Online. 

Here's how: 

1. Click the Gear icon, 
2. Under Your Company, Select Account and Settings. 
3. Choose Billing and Subscription 
4. Under QuickBooks Past Payments, Click View payment history. 

That way, you'll be able to look at your annual payment receipt in QuickBooks Online.

I'd like to share some steps to help you find the receipts. The steps share by my colleague AileneA is for QuickBooks Online. Do you have the Desktop version of QuickBooks? If so, you can follow the steps below. The page will display what you paid for, when you paid, and what card you used in the last two years.

1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com or get help signing in.
2. Click View your transaction history.
3. From the Time Period drop-down menu, select a date range of transactions. Note: You can select transactions from the past 2 years.
4. Find the order you need, then select the order number to see order details.
5. To print the transaction list, click Print this page.
6. Hit Back to my Account to go back to your CAMPS dashboard.
