You can run and customize the Transaction list by Customer report.
Here's how to access the report:
- Go to Reports, and choose Report Center.
- Type in transaction list by customer in the search field.
- Hit Enter on your keyboard and double-click the report to open it.
Then, let's customize the report:
- On the report page, click Customize Report.
- On the Display tab, search for Memo and ensure that it's checked.
- On the Filters tab, search for Transaction type. Choose Invoice in the dropdown. Search for Paid Status and tick the Closed radio button. Search for Memo and type in Deposit in the field.
- Select OK.
Additionally, you can memorize a report to save its customization for future use.
