Hey there, Kathie5.

The QuickBooks Community has your back. I found some information on recurring transactions like the one your trying to find. To view all recurring transactions follow the steps below:

  1. Select Settings ⚙️.
  2. Under Lists, select Recurring Transactions.
  3. Select the appropriate template, then select the Action column ▼ drop-down menu and choose Use.
  4. Once the transaction is open, make any needed changes, then select Make Recurring.

You can view more here: Create recurring transactions in QBO. I'm also here if you have any questions. I'm only a reply away. Have a great day!

It's great to see you here in the thread, @Servpro10190. I'll gladly walk you through the process so you can view previously entered journal entries inside your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.

Before anything else, I'd like to commend you for this. It's a healthy business practice to review previously entered data inside the company to ensure everything is correct. To access previous entries, these are the steps:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, click the +New button and select Journal Entry.
  3. Click the Clock icon beside Journal Entry.
  4. Below Recent Journal Entries, select the entry you want to access.

For visual reference, see the attached photo below.

Another option to review previous journal entries is by running a Journal report. If you wish to continue with this method, I'll input the process below. These are the steps:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Reports tab.
  3. In the Search bar, type Journal as your keyword.
  4. Click the report, and then enter the appropriate report period.

In addition, you can visit this page to learn about modifying reports and adding extra details to it inside your company: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Also, if you want to save your current report settings, here's an article to do that: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.

@Servpro10190, I'll be more than happy to provide assistance if you need help performing specific tasks inside your company. Please don't hesitate to post or leave a comment down below. Stay safe, and have a good one!
