Hello @jrs.disney, you can suspend your account and avoid the monthly subscription by:
- Sign in as an Admin to your QuickBooks Online account
- Select the Gear icon in the top right corner
- Choose Account and Settings
- Click Billing and Subscription
- In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel
- Select Continue to Cancel, then Continue to Cancel again
- Finally, answer the exit survey questions - this feedback helps us make our Product better
- Then scroll down and select Confirm Cancel
You are able to resubscribe to the same account within 12 months of the day you cancel.
