I need to pull my products and services from one account on quickbooks online to another Quickbooks online account

Hi there. @matthewtuttle.

 

Let me help you import your products and services list to your other QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

 

First, let's export your data from your other QBO account. Here's how:

 

  1. From the left menu, click Sales then select Product and Services.
  2. Click the More drop-down arrow and choose Run Report.
  3. Select the Export to Excel icon.

 

Once done, save your file to your local hard drive and import them to your other QuickBooks account. Just follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to Settings and click Import Data.
  2. Select Products and Services.
  3. Click Browse to upload the file from your computer. Choose the file, and select Open.
  4. Continue by clicking Next.
  5. Map your information. Your Field represents the headers on your spreadsheet. From each drop-down ▼ menu, select the one that matches a field in QuickBooks Online.
  6. Select Next.
  7. Click Overwrite all values for each product or service with the same name.
  8. Make sure everything looks correct because this can't be undone and select Import.
