I paid my bills via RAMP (Management platform) but it doesnt reflect on my P

RAMP is a management platform where expenses are segregated and synced to QBO.

The Profit and Loss report is an essential financial statement that shows your business's income and expenses for a specified period of time.

 

The way QuickBooks reports transactions depends on how they're entered into the system. Let's double-check with RAMP if all expenses are successfully synced to QuickBooks. This can be the reason why your paid bills aren't reflected in the P&L report. 

 

If everything goes well on their end, open your account using a private window. Sometimes too much cache accumulated in a browser can cause unexpected behavior with the product. Performing these steps will help us isolate the issue and fix it. To access this mode, simply press the following shortcut keys:

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

 

Once done, open again the P&L report and check if the bill payments are now showing. If yes, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. You can also use another supported browser when opening the report. 

 

Moreover, you can also run the Bill Payment List report when reviewing your paid bills in QuickBooks. Simply go to the Reports menu and open the report from there. 

 

Additionally, you can customize reports in QuickBooks Online to get the info that matters to your business.
