I received my UI number but when I enter the % it wont except:

Once signed in, go back to your payroll settings and enter the number from there. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main portal and clear its cache to remove the browser's history or you can press CTRL+Shift and Delete key on your keyboard altogether. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.

My new UI rate from the state of Oregon is 0.7% but QBO says it can't be less than 0.9%. How do I update this?

You'll need to contact our Payroll Support Team to update the rate for Oregon. They may check your document, like the tax notice from the state, to verify your updated SUI rate notice for 2023.
