I recieved a partial shipment but i can not put the amount i recieved in the recieved column on the P.O.?

The order was for 126 parts but i recieved 54 part and the rest will be shipped to me later. how do i record the 54 parts i recieved in the recieved column on the P.O.?

Move to PO click Copy to Bill > now enter the received item details in Bill and Save.

Now you can check the PO quantity is updated
