Welcome to the Community, beardann8.
Thanks for reaching out here for support. I want to make sure you're able to successfully prepare the 1099 for your vendor in QuickBooks Online.
As an initial troubleshooting step, I recommend clearing the browser cache. The cache is in place to collect frequently used data and make loading web pages quicker and easier. If the cache becomes too full, it can cause an adverse effect and potentially cause viewing and performance errors. Clearing it will force the system to refresh, removing what's causing the issue. Here's how to do this in Chrome for example:
1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
2. Select More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.
3. Change the time range to All Time.
4. Only check Cached images and files.
5. Click Clear data.

Thank you, MorganB,
