I switched from desktop to online. I tried to email a customers their invoices a notification popped up saying "QB'S is unable to send your emails."

i have phoned qb's 3 times this week...they say there is an issue? anyone else heard that?

Thank you so much for responding....I phoned QB's 3 times the week of the 19th. Many hours on the phone...finally telling me, I would receive an email update...nothing...I have a big payroll coming up, I need to get my invoices out. I will start a chat on Monday. Thank you again.
