I took a Quickbooks Online survey this weekend and didn't get my $15 e-gift card anyone know who to contact about this?

I'm pretty sure this was a legitimate survey from the Quickbooks Online Team. There was also an email at the end of the survey but I clicked through it too fast and wasn't able to get back to that page. The survey itself has one of those no-reply emails.

Yes, the survey is legitimate. To ensure to finish the whole process, I'd suggest retaking it. If you're unable to do so, it would be best to contact our QuickBooks Support Team to get this checked and investigated. They're equipped with tools to determine the main cause of this issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Get a callback.

Hi Charlene, I did talk to some who said he'd need to research it. He opened a case for it. That was about 4-5 hours ago.

I want to ensure this issue gets further investigated. I'd suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team again to determine the reason you're unable to finish the survey. Please ensure to provide the case number to our representative. It'll allow them to submit a ticket to our engineering team to alert them about the problem if necessary.
