Yes, you're right. It's possible to create a duplicate of your estimate to have a copy without having to manually enter all the details again.
Here's how:
1. Go to the Sales page and select All Sales or Invoices.
2. Find the invoice or estimate you want to copy.
3. From the Action column, select Duplicate from the dropdown menu.
4. Edit the invoice or estimate as needed, then select Save.
You can create recurring transactions in its place if the customer requests the same invoice on a regular basis. Alternatively, you can create the same invoice for several customers.

I only have the "Duplicate" option on the Invoice pull down tabs. There is not a "Duplicate" option on the Estimate pull down tab.
This is an unfortunate NEW change.
Hi there, @locktronixinc. We understand that duplicating your estimates is important to you and your business. We appreciate your interest in this feature, and we want to help you understand how it works in the new layout so you can add the details of your transactions.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) offers various features that could help your business grow. Unfortunately, due to recent updates, the option to duplicate your estimate is currently unavailable in the new estimate layout. However, you can either switch back to the previous layout to regain the functionality or manually create a new estimate based on the existing one.
I encourage you to send your suggestions directly to our Product Development Team. They'll carefully consider this option and work on ensuring your experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is even better.
Here are the steps to do that:

This absolutely suck, now i have to create every estimate from scratch? Why would they do this?
You can make a duplicate of an Estimate.
Find the Estimate, and then in the "Action" column to the right you can click the dropdown.
You will see "Duplicate" there.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
