Can anybody tell me how to get to the

community discussion from inside QBO?

Is it possible?  If not, say so, please.

Hi sgobeauty.

 

To get to the Community from within your QuickBooks Online product follow these steps. 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent
  4. You're given 3 options, Instant Messenger, Call me Back and the Community.

 

From there you can reach out to the Community from your QBO product.
