You may need a bookkeeping app to integrate with your QBO.

I'd like to add from what Fiat Lux - ASIA shared, c2c1.

Yes, you may need a third-party app that will help you directly send receipts to QuickBooks or download the QuickBooks Online app on your mobile phone. You can click here for options and you can search something like Receipts. Meantime, you'll want to manually scan your receipts on your computer and upload them at once to the system.

Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Transactions or Banking and select Receipts.
  2. Select Upload from computer and press Ctrl on your keyboard and then select the receipts to upload.
  3. Click Open.
  4. Wait for the receipts to fully upload and then review them.

There are also other options in bringing your receipts to QuickBooks. Feel free to use these link for more information:

Keep me posted if there's anything else that you need help with. Take care!
