I was just charged double what I paid for QB online last year, and invoice said I had a 50% "discount" last year, unbeknownst to me. Have others had this problem?

@mg26

Your discounted price may be expired and you have to pay the regular price now. If you wish to keep the lower price, you will need another effort. Utilize a 3rd party tool to migrate your data between QBO accounts.

Once you are ready to proceed, open a NEW QBO account with the current discounted plan. You may get a discounted price for up to 6 months.
