When importing your Chart of Accounts to another company file, you'll need to use a spreadsheet in Excel or a CSV file. First, let's export your lists by following these steps:
- Log in to the account that has your account lists.
- Go to Reports on the left panel.
- Search for Account List.
- Export the report.

Once done, follow the sample format below:

Then, upload the spreadsheet to another company file you have. Here's how:
- Log in to QuickBooks Online.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Click Import data under Tools.
- Select Chart of Accounts.
- Browse and choose the file. Then select Open.
- Select Next.
