How is this feature not built into the App for iOS?!
How is this feature not built into the app? With the push to “Quickbooks Online” and the usage of apps, I would think something like this would be built in. I can’t even “select” multiple customers through the app…

How can I do this in Quickbooks Desktop pro?
Hi there, Joelo.
Allow me to hop in and share information about customizing emails to customers in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
Currently, the option to send an e-mail to customers letting them know the rate change is unavailable in QBDT. As a workaround, you can utilize a third party that integrates with QBDT. You can visit the QuickBooks Apps site and look for an app that meets your business needs.
I encourage you to add your vote for this one by sending a feature request in the Feedback section within QuickBooks. Our product development team reviews all the feedback we receive to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our customers.

Hello, @angel511.

I've have done as you suggest, but its a rubbish system. I've gone through page after page of customers, continually ticking boxes, not knowing that each time i move from page 3 to 4 to 5 etc, that it unclicks all the previous page!!! So I've gone to 300 customers per page and thought I'd do one page at a time, then bulk email, but no, that wont work as it seems to be too many customers and it wont launch outlook?!?!?
So how many customers can I email from QB's at one time?
You can email up to 50 customers at a time from QuickBooks Online (QBO), Richard. This helps prevent overload and ensures that Outlook launches successfully.
If you're using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), the option to send customer emails is currently not available. However, you can use a third-party app that integrates with QBDT. You can visit the QuickBooks Apps site to find an app that meets your needs.
If it happens that you're a United Kingdom (UK) user of QBO, you can also send up to 50 emails at a time to your customers, just like in the US.
Regarding your second concern, please ensure that your QBO and Outlook are updated to the latest versions. Compatibility issues can cause problems with launching and functioning properly.
Moreover, you can open an incognito window in your browser to access the product with a clean slate. Depending on your browser, you can use the following shortcuts:
If Outlook launches successfully, please return to your regular browser and clear the cache for a fresh start. Additionally, switching to other supported browsers could also be worth a shot.
Furthermore, you can create custom templates for forms, such as invoices, to modify how they look and what information to include.
