Buy nowI've found the conversation about how to do this for a Mac but not the PC. We have already exported the Square Reports into excel but now I cannot find a way to import it to our Desktop Premier for PC QB.
Anyone else able to share how they do this?
I can share some information about import Excel files in QuickBooks, @vhaili.
At this time, you can only import Customer, Vendor, Items, and Chart of Accounts in your QuickBooks Desktop Premier account. We've based the reports that you can generate in QBDT on the transactions you've recorded and added to the account.
You can import those lists from the File menu. Here's how:

Yes, you can bring in your transactions to QuickBooks Desktop.
When doing so, you'll have two options on how you can import the data. You can use either Standard or Advanced import.

Afterwards, you can categorize the items.
