You can review the status of the invoice once you find it. To locate the invoice, you'll want to ensure you have no filters set, etc. I'm including some steps below to help narrow down your search.
This will show you all your paid invoices. If you don't see it listed, try typing your client's name in the search box at the top of the invoice list.

Thank you! I have already checked this, but I can't find the invoice; I may have deleted it. I tried to locate the transaction, but it seems I can only view transactions from the past year, so I'm unable to check if this went through. I only remember that the payment was disputed. I wish there were an option to check all transactions.

All invoices will be displayed in the Invoices tab, as long as the date filter is set to All Dates. Adjusting this filter ensures you can view all invoices without any restrictions based on date.
To check if an invoice has been paid, I suggest logging in to your QuickBooks Merchant account . This will allow you to verify the payment status of the invoice and confirm whether it has been processed.

If the transaction still isn’t visible after the steps above, I recommend recreating your invoices. Ensure that you use the correct date corresponding to when each invoice was originally created.
