Hello there, @pakcmgmt. Let me share some information about combining payments in one check in QuickBooks Online QBO.

Here's how:

  1. Click the +New, and click Pay bills.
  2. Select all the bills that you want to pay in one check.
  3. Then hit Pay bill.

For more reference about running and customizing reports in QBO, you may check this article: Run Reports.

Don't hesitate to reply to this thread if you need additional assistance applying bill payments in QuickBooks. I'll keep an eye out for it. Take care.

Consider to signup for a free Melio account to integrate with QBO. You will be able to pay multiple bills in one check for the same vendor/contractor. You will also be able to void the check anytime easily from the dashboard if required.

You don't need to use Melio and @DebSheenD 's response of credit memos not being combined?  Yikes!  Not sure how that even applies.

To combine vendor payments, enter the bills and then go to to New > Pay bills and select all the bills you want to pay with a single check.  Select your checking account under 'Payment account'.
