As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to add purchasing information for products and services created in Essentials. Yes, you may need to upgrade your subscription to put a checkmark on the I purchase this product/service from a vendor option for non-inventory items.
While the option is not available, send this request directly to our developers via feedback. I'll show you how.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under PROFILE, select Feedback.
- Enter a few describing the option to purchase information for products and services while using Essentials or Simple Start plans.
- Select Next.
- Click Skip and send message.
