Hi there, @Knuk5685.
I'd like to share additional information on how you can manage font sizes and fields in QuickBooks Online.
Currently, the option to customize the font on reports is unavailable in QBO. However, you can adjust the column width by pointing the cursor to the column and then double-clicking it. I suggest saving a copy ( Save customization)of the report to avoid making other adjustments in the future.
On the other hand, you can access Custom form styles from the Account and settings to manage invoices.

Hi there, Knuk5685.
I'm here to share some insights about reports in QuickBooks Online.
In QuickBooks Online, the fields and font size will adapt automatically depending on your browser's settings. That said, you can utilize the zoom controls of your browser and keyboard to adjust the size of the details on your report.
Alternatively, you can export your reports from QuickBooks Online to Excel spreadsheet. This way, you can adjust the fields and font size of your report.
Here's how:
Once you open your report in excel, make sure to select Enable Editing to view the full report. For more info check out this link: Export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.

I do appreciate your response, but it doesn't solve my problem. I don't see your recommended Excel process as a solution. It works I'm sure, but too many steps for each invoice. MY browser (Safari), allows use of speed keys, fine for me/staff on our computers. Most of my clients are private with little computer knowledge. we create an invoice, make a .pdf and email the .pdf. Their complaint is that the type font is too small. My complaint is that invoice some fields are much wider than necessary, Our Desktop version worked fine but since we're new to QBOL I'll investigate what QBOL options we have to edit/customize our invoice form. Thanks... Theknuk
