In QuickBooks Online, is there a way to select multiple Customers and and create an identical invoice for all the selected Customers?

You can prepare the invoice in XLS and import them in bulk.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn’t have a native way to create batch invoices without tracking them individually, mattminister. I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to the Community for assistance.

I recognize how convenient it is to create invoices in bulk without entering them separately. You can send this idea directly to our Product Developer team so they can take a look and might consider this as part of the future enhancements.

Here’s how you do it:

1. Open your QBO account.
2. Use the Gear icon, then go to Feedback.
3. Enter your suggestion(s) in the box.
4. Select Next to submit.
   

You can check your request through this Customer Feedback website.

In the meantime, you may consider using a third-party app to achieve it or the recommendation provided by Fiat Lux – ASIA. Prepare the invoice in XLS and then import them in bulk.
