Hello there, Zackary. QuickBooks Solopreneur doesn’t have a Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
The program designed specifically for self-employed and freelancers who file a Schedule C for their taxes. Instead of using a traditional double-entry accounting system with a chart of accounts, it simplifies things by organizing expenses into categories that align with Schedule C.
For further guidance in categorizing transactions related to the production or delivery of your goods, I recommend consulting with your accountant.
