In the new updated mobile app, my customer estimate form does not come across properly. It displays info incorrectly and does not include my custom text.

I tried creating a new template but it still doesn't work. Our company info on top like name and address are displayed wrong with the city next to the street address, and the custom text we used to include on the estimate itself no longer appear. If I make the estimate on my laptop, it works fine. But if I create it on the mobile app, it does not work. It worked fine until the update a couple weeks ago.

There are situations where the app may behave unexpectedly due to a high volume of data. You can resolve this by clearing the app's cache. To clear the cache in your QuickBooks Online app, you can refer to the steps below:

 

  • Android - Select the Menu at the bottom and click the Settings icon. Then pick Refresh Data and choose Yes.
  • iOS - Tap the Menu at the bottom and click on Help & Feedback. Then select Refresh Data and Refresh.

To clear cache in your phone settings:

 

  • Android - From your phone's Settings, select Apps (varies by device). Choose the QuickBooks app from the list and pick Storage, then Hit Clear data.

 

  • iOS - From your phone's Settings, choose Settings. Click on General and choose iPhone Storage. Select an app that's taking up a lot of space. To free up the Storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

I tried clearing cache on my phone. I also reinstalled the app. I'm attaching the estimate from my phone, it pulled the standard template without my customizations. 

The mobile app used to correctly pull my custom template, until the recent update
