In the transaction menu there is packing list option, but when printed the sheet states Invoice and includes all pricing. How do I print a packing list without pricing?

Good day, @nancy.hepp.

I can see the value in being able to customize certain items, such as packing slips, to meet the needs of your company. I'm here to walk you through the steps on excluding the price within the packing slip in QuickBooks Online.

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon.
  2.  Select Custom Form Styles.
  3. Select New Style from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select a Sales Receipt or an Invoice.
  5. On the Design tab, give the custom sales form a name.

6. Go to the Content tab.

7. Hover to the middle portion of the sample sale form.

8. Uncheck the Rate and Amount.

9. Click Done.

You can now manually create a personalized Packing Slip. Select the Packing Slip template you've created.

If you want to print packing slips in Batch Actions, here's how:

  1. From the left menu, select Sales and choose Customers.
  2. Select the customer's name to display a list of their transactions.
  3. From the Transaction List tab, select the box to each invoice or sales receipt for which you want to print a Packing Slip.
  4. Select the Batch actions drop-down, then choose Print packing slip.
  5. The print preview screen will open so you can select printing options, preview, and print.
