I just setup my account. Linked my bank accounts. Transferred all the transactions but It doesn't show any income from deposits we received.
I see that you recently added your bank account to QuickBooks Online yet no income transactions from deposits have been uploaded, @NK94555.
QBO won't download any transactions older than 90 days. The missing transactions could be older transactions, which is why your feed doesn't display them. I advise manually uploading them in order to get transactions that are older than 90 days. Here's how:

It doesn't make sense. After linking the bank, it imported all the bank transaction for the year. It has details of all credits (deposits made to bank) or the expenses. It got all the expenses, then why it can't pick all the deposits into the bank as income. I have every day credit card payment from my customers, which get deposit to my bank, that's all income.

For actual payment transactions, deposits will never appear as income in the Profit and Loss report. It's because payment transactions never use income accounts. Rather, they pay invoices that use income. You'll want to record these payments as deposits instead, then use an income account on the deposit page. Once done, this will surely show up on your Profit & Loss report. Here's how:
