In my Bank transactions window, there is an info box that says: "Add your QuickBooks Checking account". My account is already added and working correctly, so what's the deal?

  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Once logged in, try to run payroll again. If it works, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. Doing so will remove the historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate.

The issue still happens in a Safari private window and a new Firefox window. Attached is a screenshot. I purged my company data (account is 20 days old) and redid the setup several days ago. I did not notice this until today.
