Intuit bad customer service issue

I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with bad customer service. Most of the time I was on hold with brakes to say that she is checking. At the end microphone turned on and I discovered that the customer representative was doing something at home and just wasting my time. I attached a screenshot of it.

Is there a way to get compensation for my time?

Intuit bad customer service issue

Hello there, mike0712.

May I know what specific issue you have? This is to ensure we'll be able to properly address your concern here in the Community instead of letting you call for assistance.

Anyway, you can always post your questions if you have any problems with QuickBooks. Remember, we're here to make sure everything is covered.

I had an issue with QuickBooks payment. Right now the issue is that I wasted 2 hours of time and found out that the customer representative was just faking the work and wasting my time. So my question is how to get compensation for my time. What can be done?

After such an experience, I don't want to use QuickBooks payment anymore. But I want to get compensation for 2 hours of my time as a customer representative who was faking the work and holding me online. How can I do it?

Here is my issue.

I suppose to receive $300 cashback because I processes 50 000 in 30 days but I didn't.

Here is an email from QuickBooks:

Here's a quick recap of how it works
You can earn $300 when you process $37,500 or more through QuickBooks in each 30-day cycle over 90 days, starting from your opt‑in date.*
Remember, you opted in for this offer on March 9, 2023. Be sure to take advantage by processing more payments before time runs out.*

I hear all of your feedback, mike0712. I want you to know that it isn't the kind of experience I want you to have when contacting support. Let me make it up to you today so you can get the appropriate cashback when processing payments with QuickBooks.

I understand you contacted support already, but you may need to call them again this time for more assistance. As much as I love to investigate this further, I need to gather enough information, including your account credentials, which I won't be able to show on this page for security reasons. Once connected, a live representative can scan the previous conversation you had with customer service and verify the cashback amount.

For your convenience, you can check out the steps and support's business hours from this website: Contact Payments or Point of Sale Support

On the other hand, I'm adding these resources for more hints while processing online payments in our system:

@mike0712

You can use a 3rd party merchant service to integrate with QB.

No way to get any support. This time I have a chat that is 2 hours, and the person on another end was replying "I'm still working on it." without any support. For the last 20 minutes no reply to my question about the update.
