Invite vendor to enter bank details

Thanks for reaching out, @ldowell-mwi-org.

I hope you're having a wonderful day so far.

Currently, there is no longer an option to send vendors an invite to enter their banking details. I understand how inconvenient this is for you and all of our users. With that said, I want you to know that I've personally submitted this suggestion to our Product Development Team. If you'd like to voice your concerns, feel free to do so using this link: Send Feedback to Intuit QuickBooks.

Although there's no longer an option to do this from QuickBooks, you can use a third-party app. Do this by going to the Apps menu and proceeding to the Find Apps tab to browse the one that fits your needs.

In the meantime, here are some steps to enter the banking details manually:

  1. Go to the Expense menu and select Vendors
  2. Choose the vendor.
  3. Click on Edit in the top right corner of the screen.
  4. Scroll down to the Bank Payment section and key in the information.

Please don't hesitate to let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with. Take care and have a great rest of your day!
