- Navigate to the Gear icon.
- Select Feedback.
- Enter your product suggestion.
- Click Next to submit.
Then, about the jumbled information, could you please share what gets jumbled when you try to print the invoice? Are specific fields misplaced, merged, or incorrectly displayed? Understanding more about the situation will allow us to provide you with helpful steps to resolve your concern.
In the meantime, we can perform a few browser troubleshooting steps to see if the issue is browser-related. You can sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in an incognito or private browser to see if you can add your employees to submit expenses. You can use these shortcut keys to access a private window:
- Safari 11 or newer: ⌘+Shift+N
- Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
- Safari: Command+Shift+N
If there's no jumbled information when you try to print your invoice using the private window, please clear your browser's cache to restore the program to its default settings. However, if you get the same result, let's use other supported web browsers.
