Invoice preview in QBSE is correct however the invoice received by the customer does NOT have the correct Billed FROM information, anyone else having this??

Hi there. We recognize the importance of accurate billing information and the impact it has on your business operations. I'm here to lend a hand to provide you with some steps to resolve the issue.

To begin, let's check your company settings in QBSE to ensure that the correct address is provided. If the address is incorrect, please update it accordingly. This will help ensure that future invoices are generated with accurate billed-to information.

If the recommendation above doesn't work, you can perform basic troubleshooting in your browser to check if it's a browser issue. Log in to your account in incognito mode, which does not save browsing history and runs much faster. Then create your invoices from there.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:

  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari 11 or newer: Press ⌘ + Shift + N

Once done, you can clear the cache in your browser to delete some of the outdated files that may cause small problems. You can also use other supported browsers if necessary. Each of them uses a different cache.

Alternatively, you can download or export the invoice as a PDF file from QBSE and manually send it to your customer. This way, you can ensure that the correct billed-to information is included in the invoice.
